Learning and development

When you join DNV GL, you will develop an individual development plan with your manager, which is reviewed at least once a year.   

Our learning philosophy is that you learn and develop the most by doing challenging work, but there are also ample opportunities for coaching, mentoring, joining networks, training and development programmes.
